FORMAT :
A 90-min interactive dine and learn session with DOC as he shares, teaches whilst he serves you food he specially created or curated.

FOOD :
The food that Doc serves at each Eat & Learn session may vary.

If the Eat & Learn session is held at Doc's own restaurant "HABITS KITCHEN", food will be created by Doc & served by Doc's own team, Doc generally likes to use
ingredients such as quinoa, cauliflower rice, spiralised vegetables such as 'zoodles', flaxseed and other less common ingredients to turn them into his own version of 'local favourites' to encourage people to incorporate such ingredients into their regular eating habits. The food that Doc serves at each Eat & Learn session may be a combination of different forms including 'Hors d'oeuvre' or cocktail style, small plates or curated Bento style. Doc's goal is for the participants to enjoy the food and at same time learn more about how food impacts health.

If the Eat & Learn session is held at another restaurant/eatery/venue, the food served will be from the restaurant's menu as arranged or curated by Doc, depending on the learning objectives of that particular Eat & Learn session
