- A special coaching programme to activate & equip participants to Jumpstart Key Eating Habits that are critical to combating, preventing, controlling and reversing chronic lifestyle-related diseases*
- Consists of two 3-hour interactive workshops: Jumpstart (IGNITE) & Jumpstart (TAKE-OFF)
*Lifestyle-related Diseases refers to 3 'HIGH' (三高): Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol; 3 'BIG' (三大): Heart Attack, Stroke, Diabetes Complications; and Others: Obesity, Fatty Liver, Metabolic Syndrome

Background of Engines of Health 'Habits for Health Jumpstart Programme' :
The workshop will be conducted by Dr Chan Tat Hon, a medical doctor who is also the Medical Director and Principal Trainer of Engines of Health; Founder and Chef at The Bento People, a restaurant that endeavours to be a living classroom for people to explore and experience healthier eating options.
Starting from 2015, Dr Chan has been conducting Lifestyle & Dietary Habits Coaching & Jumpstart Programmes for various organisations, including companies, churches, hospitals and other healthcare-related organisations. Since 2015, more than 2000 people have attended in one of these coaching & jumpstart programmes conducted by Dr Chan. Every of these programmes differs in terms of content, format and duration depending on the goals and requirements of the partnering organisation, but they all are share the same objective - that participants are activated to begin to practise new healthier lifestyle and dietary habits to combat common lifestyle-related diseases.

Dr Chan Tat Hon, Engines of Health's Medical Director & Principal Trainer, is a passionate advocate of the power of lifestyle and diet in preventing and combating diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and other chronic lifestyle-related diseases. He is often invited by the media to share his experience in coaching people, especially patients with chronic lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, in lifestyle and dietary change.
