Habits for Health KITCHEN (aka HABITS KITCHEN) is a unique educational F&B concept created by What's Cooking Doc where he conducts educational food-related events and programmes to encourage participants to practise better eating habits for health, events such as Eat & Learn with What's Cooking Doc and Cook & Learn with What's Cooking Doc.

- Jumpstarting Lifestyle & Eating Habits for Better Health' :
Starting from 2015, Dr Chan has been conducting Lifestyle & Dietary Habits Coaching & Jumpstart Programmes for various organisations, including companies, churches, hospitals and other healthcare-related organisations. Since 2015, more than 5000 people have attended Lifestyle & Eating Habits Change Coaching & Jumpstart programmes conducted by Dr Chan. Every of these programmes differs in terms of content, format and duration depending on the goals and requirements of the partnering organisation, but they all are share the same objective - that participants are activated to begin to practise new healthier lifestyle and dietary habits to combat common lifestyle-related diseases.
NOTE: Habits for Health's programmes are not intended as nor should they be used by participants as a substitute for medical consultations with their own respective doctors or dieticians. Participants must continue to work closely with and consult their own doctors and dieticians regarding the management of their medical conditions.
