Starting from 2015, Dr Chan has been conducting Lifestyle & Dietary Habits Coaching & Jumpstart Programmes for various organisations, including companies, churches, hospitals and other healthcare-related organisations. Since 2015, more than 3000 people have attended Lifestyle & Eating Habits Change Coaching & Jumpstart programmes conducted by Dr Chan. Every of these programmes differs in terms of content, format and duration depending on the goals and requirements of the partnering organisation, but they all are share the same objective - that participants are activated to begin to practise new healthier lifestyle and dietary habits to combat common lifestyle-related diseases.
NOTE: This coaching programme is not intended as nor should it be used by participants as a substitute for medical consultations with their own respective doctors or dieticians. Participants must continue to work closely with and consult their own doctors and dieticians regarding the management of their medications if any

- This 1-day special Masterclass on Lifestyle and Habits change, conducted by Dr Chan Tat Hon, Engines of Health's Medical Director and Principal Trainer, is intended to activate & equip participants to jumpstart their practising new and healthier lifestyle & eating habits that have the potential to transform their lives and health.
- After attending the Habits for Health Masterclass, participants will be encouraged to begin a either a 10-day or 30-day Eating Habits Jumpstart Journey on 1 or more of the key health-promoting lifestyle and eating habits that Dr Chan would be teaching during the 1-day Habits for Health Masterclass.
