About the Trainer, Dr Chan Tat Hon

The workshops (unless otherwise stated) will be conducted by Dr Chan Tat Hon, a medical doctor who is also the Medical Director and Principal Trainer of Engines of Health; Founder and Chef at The Bento People, a restaurant that endeavours to be a living classroom for people to explore and experience healthier eating options. 

Dr Chan has a private medical practice and sees mainly patients with diabetes, hypertension, weight & cholesterol disorders, cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases related to lifestyle and diet by coaching them in lifestyle and dietary modifications. Dr Chan is also the founder and Medical Director of Engines of Health, a consultancy and training company that endeavours to equip people to become the drivers of their own health. Engines of Health provides consultancy services and conduct workshops, seminars and healthy lifestyle training & jumpstart programmes for organisations, companies and hospitals to awaken, equip and jumpstart healthier lifestyle and dietary habits. Dr Chan is also the founder and chef at The Bento People where he continues to cook and serve customers, encouraging them to explore healthier eating options and practise healthier eating habits.
