Habits for Health is a comprehensive lifestyle & dietary habits modification programme to holistically and systematically help people prevent and combat lifestyle-related diseases*
Developed by Dr Chan Tat Hon, a medical doctor, trainer, chef and lifestyle & dietary habits modification coach, more than 5000 participants have been activated, coached and equipped through various Habits for Health workshops and programmes to make changes to their lifestyle & dietary habits to prevent and combat lifestyle-related diseases*

Habits for Health's Medical Director & Principal Trainer:
Dr Chan is a passionate advocate, coach, trainer and sought-after speaker on the topic of the power of lifestyle and dietary modification in preventing and combating diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and other chronic lifestyle-related diseases.
Dr Chan has been conducting various Habits For Health workshops and programmes for the public, community, churches and hospitals since 2015.
Other than conducting Habits for Health programmes as the Medical Director and Principal Trainer of Habits for Health, Dr Chan also runs a lifestyle and dietary habits modification focused medical practice where he helps patients with diabetes and other lifestyle-related diseases to systematically change their eating habits to better control their conditions.
Dr Chan is an experienced cook and from 2014 till March 2019, he was also the head chef of a restaurant he started and created a menu to encourage people to explore different foods to change their eating habits to combat chronic lifestyle-related diseases.
Dr Chan is a sought-after speaker and opinion leader in the area of the power of lifestyle and eating habits modification in combating chronic diseases and he frequently appears on TV, radio and print media sharing his experience in this area of work.
