WHAT :
Most couples' marriage vows would include a variation of "... in sickness and in health, until death do us part." and this workshop endeavours to dive deep into the 'Why' and 'How' 'Eating Healthy' to keep in health must form a part of a person's expression of love for his/her spouse.

Trainer : Dr Chan Tat Hon
Dr Chan is the principal trainer at Engines of Health conducting healthy lifestyle programmes for the community, hospitals and organisations, he runs his own medical clinic and is also a owner-chef of a restaurant which he uses as a living classroom to promote healthy eating habits. Dr Chan is a passionate advocate of lifestyle as medicine and is often invited to speak at events, seminars and conferences on the power of lifestyle and dietary habits in combating lifestyle-related diseases

- A 2.5 hour workshop for couples to learn how Eating Healthy is one of the most powerful expression of love for each other.

Participants should leave the workshop
- with a new appreciation of the tremendous impact that one's eating habits has on one's spouse and family.
- with a new understanding of how every little improvement in one's eating habits can make so much difference to one's health in the long run and how that would mean so much to one's spouse and family.
- with the knowledge of simple and powerful changes that one can make to one's dietary habits, how easy it is to 'Eat Healthy for Each Other'
- How 'Eating Healthy for Each Other' can be fun journey of exploration for couples.
- Couples who want to 'Eat Healthy for Each Other'
- The medical conditions that one is at risk of that will burden one's spouse and family.
- How lifestyle and diet can significantly lower the risks of one being a burden to one's spouse and family.
- The simple and yet powerful dietary choices that one can make that will lower the risks of disabling chronic lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, stroke, heart diseases and others.
- Practical tips on How to make 'Eating Healthy for Each Other' a fun journey for couples.
